This centrally located hotel is the ideal starting point for those who want to discover the main attractions of the city, including those wishing to relax in a hotel equipped with modern luxury facilities. Thanks to its unbeatable location, most of the major tourist attractions and monuments can be reached easily and comfortably by foot; such as the emblematic Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. This boutique hotel, ideal for both tourists and business travelers, has been totally refurbished with the latest design and technological advances, while retaining its structure and emblematic facade.
The hotel has 87 magnificent rooms, and has its own bar and offers room service. The rooms are decorated with modern furniture which ensures for guests that nothing is missing during their stay there. No major complaints, a few minor niggles
Good location, very nice building, fantastic style and decor. However beds were too firm and uncomfortable. Double room was actually two single beds pushed together. Aside from a desk chair, there was no armchair. The bathroom door was made of translucent glass, and wasn't a true door.

Great Friends Vacation
We stayed here on our first trip to Madrid and it couldn't have been better! The room was very clean and modern and the location was right next to the park and near 2 subway stations. It was ideal to everything that we wanted to do, including going out at night. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Friends Vacation!
Madrid was the last city on our 3-city tour and this hotel was wonderful. We were 3 friends traveling together and had a room with a queen sized bed and a full sized pull out couch. The room in general was kept very clean and we got new towels every day. The shower in the bathroom was possibly the greatest shower on earth - overhead setting, hose setting, and horizontal body spray setting. The location was ideal - right next to the Parque del Retiro and within easy walking distance to the Prado and the Reina Sofia. All other must-sees were easily accessible too (we walked to the Royal Palace in about 20 minutes). The staff was very helpful and the value for our money was definitely worth it. Certainly recommend this hotel. Only con: Every time we came back to the room, we'd have to re-log into wi-fi. An annoyingly small price to pay for a great hotel.

Mallorca Pastelaria on Calle de Serrano just past the Plaza de la Independencia was a wonderful little sandwich shop. A bunch of mini sandwich options - we ate there every day!

Frühstück einschliessen
Alles war okay, nur bei der Buchung habe ich nirgends gesehen, dass der Preis ohne Frühstück war. Mit zusätzlichen Kosten von Euro 60.00 für das Frühstück für die ganze Familie (4 Personen) und pro Tag war der Preis dann doch hoch.
