Great hotel. Spacious and quiet. will stay there again.

Best deal in bkk so far (have been going there for 10years). 10-15min walk from surasan bts, nice and clean, just perfect.

New Hotel, great overall value.

This hotel was perfect for me and my husband. We stated at four different places, and this was the only one that offered free Wifi. The rooms were big and clean! The location was a little far, but worth it for the hotel!

A little hard to find, but worth it. Lovely spacious room, decent gym with view of the city, and a beautiful pool- All in Bangkok!

Generally it's good for budget serviced apartment but maybe they needs to give bath rode to the all the rooms as the air-con in the room is huge and cold too. The staff are very friendly and courteous too! Will be highly recommended for young couple will be good.

Although a little cramped in a small street and off centered from the main Bangkok area of activities, this place is a good deal for what it has to offer. The suite was big, with modern equipment, well maintained, and the staff was very nice and helpfull. Metro station close by (you can walk to it or the residence has tuk tuk shuttles). Better suited for a couple or a group of people.

All food, products and service were very much over priced. No free in-room wifi. Use of computers to connect to internet very expensive. Shower water temperature inadequate and water was typically very hot or very cold. Front desk and concierge were unhelpful when I inquired about a notary public, lawyer or solicitor.

Sathorn Grace Serviced Residence was a great landing pad to transition from traditional western comforts to the travel guesthouses of Thailand! I knew after a long international flight i was going to want a clean, comfortable hotel to stay at where i could catch up on the time difference, relax and get prepared for a long journey to the Northern region of Thailand. I also needed a location that was rather central, had great staff and internet! I was finishing up some business before starting my solo travels and that made it easy. The staff spoke minimal English, but enough for us to get by and be on the same page, to be expected as a foreigner in a different country than your native tongue. I would recommend studying up on basic Thai before embarking on your trip. This should include day to day salutations (hello, goodbye, thank-you) as well as numbers, and some food ingredients The amenities were great, roof top gym and pool with great views, clean and well kept (maintenance was doing something up there on the daily to maintain cleanliness/efficiency)

Hotel is very 1980's-ish and the rooms are woefully inadequate for a 5-star hotel. Our view overlooked wagon wheels and a construction site. Didn't travel this far to see wagon wheels like in the far west. The alarm clock was 'modern' and contained within the wall (again, 1970's-80's). Bathroom was not modern at all, horrid ironing board and mini-bar door was a bit broken. Check in was horrendously slow and no arrival drinks or snacks. Breakfast buffet was adequate and not too bad actually. Pool had a constant smell of sewage too, which didn't make for a pleasant experience.
