Awesome property, amazing staffs, remarkable price, strongly recommended to anyone that going to be in BKK

This Hotel had a special introductory rate which will not last long because the rooms are super modern in terms of equipment and furnishings and the location is ideal. The hotel is down a narrow street off a main road and is somewhat hard to find.

As someone who works in the travel service industry, I know how harsh people can be in their criticisms. As a result, I always give the benefit of the doubt. However, at the Sathorn Grace Serviced Residence, there is no need for me to do that. This place is simply wonderful. My room was brand new and spotless, the staff went light years beyond the call of duty, (even if their English was lacking), and the entire space was welcoming and comfortable. This is a room that would easily be several times the price in New York City. I enjoyed every moment here and slept like a log. Okay, now for the "everything must be perfect, because I'm an American" crowd, here's what you'll be complaining about: There were a small number of easy-to-kill mosquitoes in the room (Ummm, it's Thailand not Beverly Hills), although I was never bitten by any. Also you're likely to run into some ants, especially if you have any amount of food around. Finally the neighborhood is not the most convenient if you are hoping to be what some people call "the middle of the action." I walked to the Skytrain every day; It took about 10 minutes. They also have a free shuttle to the Skytrain. Taxis in Bangkok are reasonably priced. If I were to ever move here, this would be my new home.

Great price, very close to everything, free Tuk Tuk shuttle service, breakfast in room and world class service. The place is brand new and I HIGHLY recommend it

The hotel was perfect. Clean. Modern. Guest oriented staff. Free internet. Pleasant 15 minute walk to the sky tram. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Amazing value. Spotless room with tons of amenities, including a washer/dryer in our room. The only downside is that it's not in the greatest location, but with a Sky Train stop about .5 miles away, getting around wasn't a problem. Highly recommended, especially at the price we got (~$30 USD + tax).

We had an excellent stay at the Sathorn Grace. First off you can't beat the price. The Hotel was new, modern, clean, luxurious, and very comfortable. The rooms are huge and have a washer and dryer wich proved to be a total luxury. We had a nice view from the two balconies in our room. The hotel staff was welcoming, courteous, responsive, and helpful. The hotel is located near two sky train stops and they provide a free tuk tuk to take you to them which proved to be very helpful since there was not much on the street the hotel was located on. They have free internet in the lobby which was a huge asset. During our stay the restaurant was not completed due to the recent opening of the hotel but that did not become too big of a problem for us. It's a small hotel with a big value! After an 18 hour flight and full days of sighteseeing in Bangkok it proved to be an Oasis at the end of a long day.

For under 1000baht a night i got a standard room which was much superior than places where i paid up to 2500baht. the room was spotless, brand new furniture and brand new plasma TV. Free internet wireless in room, around pool, everywhere! room included kitchenette with microwave, coffee untilities, kettle, toaster, sink etc... very clean bathroom included big fluffy towels, hand towels, and face towels, all little shampoo and cotton buds etc... the decor very modern and new room had a balcony equipped with rails to dry clothes (handy after pool) big wardrobe with inside lighting, safe box, iron staff very friendly, check in very fast, boy took luggage up for me, portier always opens door for you. location is about 10 mins walk to Chong Nonsi station (1 stop to Silom/sala daeng). I think the european traveller won't mind walking, but an asian customer will be used to taking a taxi for such short distance. I'm young and active so don't mind a little walk. the reception is happy to call a meter taxi for you if needed. no extra charge. but they also have free tuk tuk service to the station every 2 hours. 7 eleven next block away, 1 min walk. gym: very clean, top floor penthouse style, surrounded by glass walls, looking over the skyline. big plasma screen. i was alone everytime in the gym, so i selected the channel on TV and enjoyed a private gym. pool: very large bur surprisingly shallow. you couldn't dive. surrounded by deck chairs, tables and chairs. on the top floor, adjacent to gym. superb view of bangkok skyline. very clean, complimentary slippers, towels. didn't use the sauna, located in changing rooms/toilets. samll but very clean apparently. this is more like a service appartment than a hotel so don't expect a restaurant and a lobby.
