Amandari Krabi is a new hotel in Aonang, It is opening on 1 November 2008. Amandari is suitable for family, honey moon and couple travelers. Most of the rooms have mountain view, private balcony and some pool access with relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. One of the most exclusively deluxe hotel where you can spend on enchanting holiday in comfort. All room with swimming pool or mountain view. Inside the room has designed with beautiful and luxurious furniture with tropical decoration and full equipped with complete facilities to meet every customer satisfaction.

I chose this hotel as some people on tripxx left positive comments, and it opened less than 2 years ago. Unfortunately, when I arrived there, I found a huge construction of another new building right in front of the hotel, so i could watch/listen to undustrial noise night and day. The room was OK, but not so clean (and on the second day the housekeeping just ignored my request asking to clean the room). TV is limited to ESPN and TV5 in French, other channels are in Thai. Wi-Fi is not free, and you must buy a prepaid card from the reception which is overpriced (more than double). Some furniture near the pool is broken. Breakfast is simple, not many choices, and the juice is just like sweetened water. On my check out they tried to charge me for 2 cans of Coke from mini bar that I didnt drink. Need to walk about 10-15 minutes to the center of AoNang/beach.
