Providing modern yet homely accommodation, excellent business facilities as well as refined personal service, the hotel is an excellent getaway for those who seek ultimate relaxation in tranquility. Located in Had Yao, the Nantra de Deluxe is placed a short 20-minute drive from Krabi International Airport and is 40 minutes from the famous Ao Nang shopping area. The Hotel is characterised by its elegant simplicity. The hotel is under renovation until 21 October 2011.

While in theory the hotel is great,

While in theory the hotel is great, especially the Pool Villa overlooking the pool, the Andaman Sea and Phang Nga Bay, the Resort is very basic and the service/staff rather poor. It's like they kind of had an idea of what guests would want, aesthetically and personally, however delivery is just not there. The construction is poor, the decor try-hard without getting there, and the facilties just not up to scratch. The price tag is five star, the facilities more like three star. Restaurant - very poor. Hot water - sporadic. TV channels - few. Sun beds - few. Pool - great. Beach - volcanic sand. Reception staff - hardly existent. Location - isolated. Would we return. NO.

The hotel though rather away

The hotel though rather away from the main town and attractions is perfect for a quiet vacation and getaway. the hotel decor and landscaping were great, very comfortable and relaxing and the facilities more than adequate. The staff were very polite and helpful, to the extent of providing a mobile contact number so one could call them at any time for anything one might need. Anita & Nop scored top marks for service excellence, seeing to everything one could possibly need at any time of the day or night. A beautiful property with the sea at your doorstep and dining at the edge of the beach- a perfect respite from hustle and bustle of city life. A definite recommendation for anyone seeking a quiet, restful and peaceful getaway.

Excellent avec une voiture

Chambres de très bon niveau esthétiquement soignées Personnel attentionné et charmant capable d'organiser des excursions sur demande Cuisine de très bon niveau Plage de sable dur pour se promener, mais très belle piscine Seul bémol, il faut avoir une voiture pour rejoindre la civilisation Bonnes vacances

Superbement accueilli par un personnel

Superbement accueilli par un personnel chaleureux et disponible Les chambres sont magnifiques dans un cadre idyllique et idéal pour les couples voulant se retrouver.La cuisine était excellente et variée ... un petit bémol: manque les desserts et c'est un peu isolé...la propreté était relativement correct mais pas à la hauteur d'un grand hôtel 4 étoiles européen. A CONSEILLER POUR LES ROMANTIQUES

โรงแรมสวยมาก ประทับใจในการเอาใ

โรงแรมสวยมาก ประทับใจในการเอาใจใส่ดูแลแขก ของพนักงานทุกคนไม่เว้นแม่แต่แม่ครัว คนสวน แต่มีปัญหาเรื่องป้ายบอกทางนิดหน่อย เพราะเส้นทางไปโรงแรมมีทางแยกมาก เราไม่ทราบว่าควรจะเลี้ยวไปทางไหน ตอนหลังทราบว่าถนนทุกเส้นเชื่อมต่อถึงกันหมด ถ้ามี information เราจะได้ไม่ต้องกังวลตอนขับรถ
