Amari 有兩間飯店,一間已有30年歷史,很舊,但有自然風,冷氣很吵,沒有lift,但是,Amari Tower真是超棒!!!!!!!!!房間又大又乾淨又漂亮,只有3年歷史,比舊的Amari貴一千多,但差好多!!!wifi只有lobby免費,但也比舊的Amari好太多,總之,建議花多一點點錢去住Amari Tower,太值得了!我們事先先訂了舊的Amari,後來才換過去,可是已付了舊Amari 新年Gala dinner的錢,一個人要7000多!!!貴翻,表演的show是傳統泰國舞,無聊到爆,酒也不是無限供應,兩個人只有一瓶免費,主持人還抱怨:你們怎麼都不enjoy這麼棒的show? 她是故意沒看到台下一堆人快睡著,還有人直接離座嗎?總之,以後請去Amari Tower. PS:游泳池很不錯.

好: 今次是帶小朋友(3-10歲)同行,取房時見我們有小朋友,自動UPGRATE了一間較大的房間,非常細心,而且有一位會說普通話的服務員. (2) LOBBY 很大, 環境都靚 (3)房間上落泳池方便 改善: (1) 剛好其中一個泳池維修, 少了地方玩. (2) 早餐只包2位大人, 就算想加入給小朋友吃,但每位小朋友都要THB350以上, 太貴, 最後小朋友吃快餐算了. (3)浴室內抽氣差 (4) 園景房較舊,是時候要維修

１．バスタオルは、かなり使い回して居るのか、すり切れたものが混ざっている。 ２．今回、3日間とも同一の１００名位の団体と朝食にかち合い、テーブルがなか なか空かず、騒がしく、配膳が追い付いていなかった。 団体客の多いホテルらしいが、これ程の人数なら別室を用意するべきだ。 ３．チェックイン、チェックアウト共に担当者が少く、時間がかかった。 ４．バスタブとシャワールームが離れすぎ、またタイルが滑りやすく危ない。 ５．バスタブのお湯張りは、高層階だったが温度、流量共に良かった。

Staff Services Super Bad Not Helpful
Staff Services Super Bad Not Helpful and No Services Mind. Room it's quite small size if we copare with other hotel in same type of room. they have 2 building but if you are go to wrong building the staff not help you to go to other building just say "You are coming with wrong building, you have to go to other building" I think it's very bad services. But i think for location it very nice beach also clean and have view sunset
