On arrival shown to room,thanks victor for your assistance, all staff very helpful and friendly well done. As a chef.....food well first night chicken not cooked properly, many items not on the menu, if odering more thane one course waitong staff do not wait until you have finished the first before bringing the second!!!??. For those who write staff you seem happier well, I pnce again thank all staff for the help during my stay, very happy..... but the food was spoilt however salads and pasta very good.

Some of staff are very good but receptionists not. Rooms are so small and not comfortable for 4stars hotel.

Good for short stay
hotel price is 4 stars but is 3 stars in US, this is most Ukraine hotels !

Ukrainian 4 Star is an American 2 Star
The only thing this hotel has going for it is that it's centrally located but in a poor, loud and disrepaired part of Odessa. Only one front desk staff speaks partial English and none believe in "greet with a smile" American customer service. Breakfast tolerable if you can make a diet of scrambled eggs and fruit. Single mattress on bed should have been replaced several years ago and they leave the sheets for you to put on. Incredibly noisey street 24/7. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Enjoy the high end shops, hotels and restaurants down in the tourist section near the warf area...but bring a lot of cash (not travelers checks) but keep it safe.
