Otrada Hotel Odessa

Staff wery frendly and they help in any metter. What is missing ih hotel which prefere be with hight reiting. All rooms need have staff for tuts and shave. This time you can get this on request. In general good hotel and staff.

This hotel had excellent accomodations. I felt very comfortable from the minute I arrived all the way until I left. The staff were all very attentive and spoke English well. I travel a lot in the US and the room had everything that I have come to expect, including high speed internet access. It is a small hotel with a lot of charm and grace. Their were only 2 small issues, that were not that big a deal to me. It is not located in the City Center, so you are taking taxi's and their were no English speaking stations on the TV. Minor issues to me. I would definitely come back.

I stayed at the Hotel Otrada recently.It is situated not in the city center as Hotel Londonskya which I have stayed at before . Which I recommend. Upon entering the Hotel Otrada the foyer is very small and there is receptionist,doorman and perhaps security all in same tight room.it would have been nice if someone would have smiled and said hello and welcome but it was not the case!I actually felt like an intruder and closely watched.I thought only the passport inspectors at country origin acted this way, I was mistaken.Each morning and evening as I came and went it was the same cool reception. Bright spots,the young bartender was very friendly and he called taxi service for me to visit local entertainment (which he recommended and was very helpful!) and when I called for room service it was very quick and attentive. The rating on staff is poor not due to service, it is based on customer friendliness!

Check in and all front desk interactions were great, including drawing on a city map the best way to get certain places in the city walking or by taxi. Room was clean and shower was Great. I was gone from the hotel most days but did have supper there some nights, food service was very good and the food was good. The business center was very disappointing because I could not access either of my e-mail accounts and this was how I told people they could best contact me. I walked to another hotel and used their business center 2 times. They were wonderful and even as a non-guest of their hotel did not charge me for using their internet services. After telling the staff that the internet was not working properly twice I did not bring it up again. If you are 5 star you fix it. For me this is not 5 star because if you advertise a business center then you should have one that is guest friendly.

This was a luxurious hotel with class ... absolutely lovely and the staff were freindly and curteous
