This is the 3rd time we stayed
This is the 3rd time we stayed in the 3BR apartment - we all enjoyed the wonderful welcome the staff gave us from the airport pickup right thru to the airport drop off. Nothing seemed to be too much for them and the inclusive breakfast made mornings more pleasurable and relaxed :) I am happy to recommend this hotel/Apts and will stay there again and again on my visits to Dubai! Thanks to you all ;)

As per normal - they make me feel
As per normal - they make me feel like I am coming home. I have stayed here several times and each time I am treated with the same level of excellent service - nbothing is too much for the staff. Thank you guys for the wonderful New Year's Eve ;) see you in the spring time!

Fantastic summer vacation getaway
Flora Park was a delightful hotel to stay in. Im glad that i chose this hotel to be part of my vacation getaway. The hotel is beautiful and the decor of the rooms were splendid. Its near The mosque to i was able to pray on Friday and there are supermarkets, restaurants and shopping malls near by, actually walking distance. So that was great.The service was god and everyone was extremely friendly. The only problem i had was them picking me up at the airport with the shuttle. I waited two hours and at the end of the day took a taxi to the hotel. But they apologized for the inconvenience and compensated me for that. I will most definately be staying there again during my next trip to dubai. It was a memorable experience.

Everything was fantastic. The only issue was, and this could be cheap tickets and not the hotel, they tried to charge me for the rooms at the end of our stay even though I had paid about 5 months earlier through cheap tickets. Other than that last little stress of our trip, everything was great and the spa services were quite nice as well.

Excellent hotel
We stayed for an additional 3 nights following our cruise at the Flora Park. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment for 4 adults which was superb, 1 double room and 1 twin room with 2 bathrooms and an extra guest bathroom. The location is fantastic, close to the old part of Dubai and the creek and also across the road from the City Centre shopping mall and metro station. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel,

A terrible experience
I had the displeasure of staying at the Flora Park Hotel this March. I had previously stayed at the Flora Park and was impressed by the room and its amenities. However this time I was given a substandard room with not even the amenities of a three star hotel room. The room had only one hand towel and no wash clothes. After spending a long day at a business meeting, I come back to the room to relax and have my evening ruined by finding a live roach on my drinking glass as I was taking a sip of water from it!!!!! The coffee pot was wretched. Even after going to the store and buying a sponge and dish detergent, it was still filthy. I expressed my concerns to management via a comment card and despite being assured that management would address my concerns, I have yet to receive a reply. The Flora Park is off my list of hotels.
