The hotel is close to the Exhibition Centre/ Expo and just 20 minutes' drive from Dubai city and airport and 15 minutes' drive to Sharjah Airport.

- The medium sized rooms are well decorated in a simple but functional style, with modern pine furniture and pastel walls. Rooms at the back of the hotel have commanding views out to sea. Rooms at the front of the hotel have a city view. The tiled bathrooms are in very good condition, as are the bedrooms.
