Great Location

We enjoyed three nights at the Grosvenor. The hotel is ideally located in the West End, close to lots of fabulous eateries and bars. Our only complaint is that the temperature in the room was excessively hot and the was no way to cool it down without opening the window.

Few nights with the other half

The room was big, spacious-a double deluxe, bed was VERY comfy and clean, modern decor. The weather was chilly but the room was lovely and warm, staff were really pleasant and helpful. The restaurant (Bovine) was intimate and menu was superb, gourmet, good experience-we will be going back.

Convenient Location and nice breakfast

We stayed at the Hotel on the first night of our driving tour of Scotland. Hotel was in a great location on the inner outskirts of Glasgow, with a short walk to underground station and botanical gardens across the road. Hotel is well presented and the room we had looked very stylish, yet still maintained some period charm.Breakfast was nice, with good selection and friendly staff and was able to have my first experience with Haggis. We did arrive to a couple of wedding parties checking in to Hotel when we arrived, so people were everywhere, however staff member we dealt with was very pleasant and professional and remembered who we were, despite large number of people at the Hotel.

hilton experience

They were doing construction so the only rooms were on the 1st floor. I awoke to drilling in the morning. They didn't really have any amenities. If I wanted a gym or pool they said I could use the facilities at the other Hiliton.

Great location

Check-in man was reluctant to allow 'early' check-in at 12.30pm despite an email request & all night travel from USA. Then upgraded to suite an hour later - so worth the wait.

we had booked in the January sale

we had booked in the January sale and thought room might be a bit 'tired' but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were excellent and nothing was any trouble for them. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable - lovely view to the front of the hotel. There was a fire alarm at 5.30 am and the staff were excellent. It was a real luxury break and i will be trying for this offer in the next January sale.
