'The Cliff Lawn' provides superior guest accommodation as a bed and breakfast establishment in Leeds combined with a friendly personalized service. Originally the Victorian home of a local mill owner, the property was converted to a Hotel some time ago. Purchased by the current owners in December 2007, the property has since gone through a continued program of improvements, refurbishment and modernization. This has resulted in the English Tourist Board upgrading the star rating from 3 to 4 star guest accommodation.

- Hotel are less than 1 miles from the City Centre and, less than a mile from the main Parkinson building at the University, and in opinion, the property enjoys very quiet surroundings, being set completely in own grounds. As well as proximity to the Leeds Central Business District and University make an ideal base for visits to York, H arrogate, the Yorkshire Dales, Moors and Bronte country. If you come by car, they do have their own private security lit car park.
