Overnight stay

Music in reception was so loud that neither the receptionist or I could hear each other speak. Bathroom very tired- loo handle coming off, toilet stained and bath plughole stained. Bed very firm and stains on the curtains. Air conditioning did not appear to be working but I was too tired to mess with it. Outside was very neat and tidy. I guess at £38 you shouldn't expect much more.
