Business hotel
This hotel is geared to business customers only. The first two days of our stay our room was not made up, we were given a bag full of supplies because we had the do not disturb sign out when the maid came. There was no phone book in the room and the card detailing telephone charges was missing. All phone calls were charged, even local calls and wifi was six pounds a day, and when I needed it was not available. You could not check flights at the airport on the TV so I had to resort to paying for Internet access on the public computer in the lobby. The breakfast was good and the one other good thing was the friendliness and professionalism of the manager who checked us in and out.
