Best Western Paddington Court Hotel and Suites

Had all the facilities i wanted and free internet, but the double room and bathroom were small. Okay for single person for a few days, but not for a couple. Great location, close to the tube and hyde park. Good value for money if its discounted, probably not at the full rate.

Like most of this groups London hotels luxurious entrance and then slightly disappointing room, but only by comparison. Small but we weren't living there so not really a problem, great location, friendly service although we only used room service once. Internet already installed so no need for cables etc if you have laptop. There was no iron or ironing board as stated but I'm sure they would have provided one if asked. Bathroom very small, I'm of average size but just squeezed into the shower, you wouldn't get in if you were much biggger, they have larger rooms no doubt, and ones with baths - it's a case of asking in these places, they can usually do a room swap. For £40 each for two of us over the weekend in London it was pretty good.

The staff at the reception dsesk was rather inefficient. First we were sent to a room in the basement, which was really tiny and it was impossible to shut the window. Then we were moved to another room across the street in the basement again which had not been renovated for the last ten years. The wallpaper was peeling, the shower was poor. It was bigger, but too shabby for its 4 stars. The armchair was dilapidated. And the service was really poor.

It's OK and reasonably priced for central location In Paddington. Bathroom very small with no bath and miniscule shower cubicle. Breakfast OK. Summary - OK but nothing special.

Good choice of hotel, small but clean and good for area.

We were early and they let us check in early by upgradig us to a junior sweet. The room was small but the location was great and we made full use of the kitchenette. I would recommend it

Close to Paddington station and a lovely quiet area. Very close to Edgeware road which is a large Arabic area, plenty of nice middle eastern restaurants. The room was small, but it was clean and comfortable and the staff responded to any concerns quickly. The price was good for London.

God traveller nlocation and adequate for short term stay during transit.

The rooms are clean and aircon but very small and we wonder how taller people can manage in such a small shower. Brekfast is served in a small room in the Basement with many people at the time when we were there. A lot of hectic and loud. Rather go to a different breabfast restaurant in this area.
