Very impressed
Faultless. Helpful staff, very reasonable rate, clean, quiet and comfortable. Corridors and rooms a little small, but was not a problem. Didn't have breakfast, but tea and coffee tray was appreciated. Being a London novice from the 'sticks', just up for a one night lecture, I was very happy with the stay.

We were early and they let us
We were early and they let us check in early by upgradig us to a junior sweet. The room was small but the location was great and we made full use of the kitchenette. I would recommend it

Had all the facilities i wanted
Had all the facilities i wanted and free internet, but the double room and bathroom were small. Okay for single person for a few days, but not for a couple. Great location, close to the tube and hyde park. Good value for money if its discounted, probably not at the full rate.

Lovely clean and modern rooms
Lovely clean and modern rooms but so small. The wall with the large flat screen TV is right at the end of the bed which means watching it for more than 20 minutes is difficult without getting a headache. Lovely large window that opens wide - unlike so many hotels these days. The bathroom was clean and modern but tiny tiny tiny. I've never seen such a small bathroom. Ok for one night, maybe two but definately no longer. There is only one lift and it is horrifically small. I would stay again if I was only staying one night but would think twice if it was for any longer.

Greeted by a multi-lingual receptionist
Greeted by a multi-lingual receptionist who made me feel very welcome - even though it was very busy. Was given a free room upgrade to 'Club' - Room 32. Although the room was on ground floor and by the entrance it was surprisingly quiet. The room facilities were excellent and clean. Loved the free internet.
