Good place at reasonable price
The original room was twin beds. it was changed next day to king bed at no additional cost. The first night they triedto sell me an adapter for my computer. Next morning they gave it to me free! They respect your wishes for cleaning the room.

A very good hotel, close to the
A very good hotel, close to the city and only 5 min wark from the tybe. close too Kensington garden and warking distence too hyde park. you must try there breakfast. serivce nice and friendly.

Great location with great service
I enjoy the Hotel. The location was convent to shopping, eating and the London Underground. I would totally stay at this hotel again in my future travels to London! I would also recommend that others stay at this location. Friendly hotel staff & very helpful.

good hotel in a beautiful part of London
Easy to get to from Heathrow. Quiet, restful and cosmopolitan area of London, a little bit out of the hubub.

Clean, good location for good price
The hotel was in a good location, easily accessible by public transit, and the room was very clean. The room was a little outdated, with most of the appliances (TV, hair dryer, etc.) and decor looking like it came from the early 90s. Taking a shower was annoying because the shower head made the water too powerful for the flimsy shower curtain. Every time you stepped out of the bathtub, you put your foot into a large puddle of water.

The size of the room meant it
The size of the room meant it was a straggle to walk around the bed .The breakfast was good but i wouldn't pay more than 65 pound a night . I would book an alturnative . poor show HILTON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lovely hotel, very clean. booked
lovely hotel, very clean. booked an exective room. Rooms not very big but ok for 2 adults. large comfortable bed. direectly across the road from westfield shopping ctr, shepards bush underground and cinema. large selection from buffet breakfast. staff and service excellent. would definitely stay here again if i was staying in kensington but next time to be closer to the city i would prefer to stay in the city

The location was excellent, close
The location was excellent, close to underground and bus lines, which gave us short travel time to downtown and main attractions. The breakfast was great with a good variety and selection. The staff was helpful. The bed in the room was too soft for our taste, the bathroom had too few amenities (f.ex. only 1 soap for both sink and bathtub) and the hotel was charging GBP 20/day for in-room internet access.

Hilton Kensington
The concierge service was impeccable. They are probably the most helpful I have ever encountered. The rest of the staff was wonderful too.
