From the moment we entered this
From the moment we entered this lovely hotel with its warm, friendly atmosphere, the staff was most gracious. We were offered an upgrade on the room which was beautifully decorated with all mod cons. Despite the busy location of the hotel, the room was quiet. The hot buffet breakfast was excellent, as was the service. We dined one evening in the dining room and were pleased with the service and the food. The concierges were very helpful. There were two computers for public use, both well situated. The location was perfect for us, with superb transportation options and close access to many Thames attractions. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Great hotel, with an exceptional
Great hotel, with an exceptional location! close to main sights, markets, and tube. Big, clean, and modern rooms at an affordable price. Though concierge slightly lacked knowledge of london, and front desk recommended us a shocking pizza store! otherwise, a fantastic breakfast provided.

Really good hotel. Rooms a little small but to be expected for London. Very clean and well located. Tube station next door. Breakfast very good ( and badly needed after previous night ). Great value for money. Would recommend and would stay there again.

We had an air-conditioned leak in our room, which was handled quickly, professionally with minimum disruption. Location was excellent and would recommend this hotel to others. Staff was very professional and friendly.
