Very friendly hotel w/excellent service
The London Bridge Hotel was very comfortable. Although, as with all European hotels, the room was small it was still very functional. The bathroom was average size, except the shower. I am a small woman and didn't have much room, so could be difficult for a large man. Great amenties to include minibar, hair dryer, safe, iron/ironing board, desk and free bottled water on the bureau. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great for sight-seeing, just a short block to London Bridge Underground/National Rail. Cab ride to Waterloo for Eurostar was only ?13. The restaurant had a great menu with reasonable prices including room service. My room rate also included free breakfast.

Fantastic Stay
My husband and I stayed at this hotel on two different occasions during our honeymoon and both times were wonderful! Everything from the lobby to the actual room was spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. The front desk staff was nice and accommodating, finding us a room when we arrived 4 hours before check in time. The concierge was able to help us with directions and such. The hotel is very close to the metro which is great for getting around. The buffet breakfast was included in our package and was very nice, although if it hadn't been included we probably would have eaten somewhere else because their restaurant is a bit pricey. Overall, we found it to be an excellent hotel, well worth the price paid, and will stay here again the next time we're in London.

Excellent location close to Metro
Excellent location close to Metro and above ground railway station. Good breakfast to start the day great variety even for the fussy eater. Very clean and comfortable maybe a little to much furniture in room but really not a negative. Most enjoyable stay would certainly recommend and also stay again myself. Marg NT Australia

The hotel is excellent; clean
The hotel is excellent; clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfasts, comfortable beds and a very convienient location, being right next to the station. London Bridge station has a range of shops, including an M&S and there are 2 bars under the hotel. Borough Market is very close and it was a far nicer area than we anticipated. Although there was building work going on opposite, we were nopt disturbed. (room 107). Fellow guests on the same floor reported more noise, but our room was quiet. The one difficulty we had was finding it. We arrived by car and to access the hotel you have to go through the station. The road has a 'no entry except for buses' sign, which kept us driving around for nearly an hour! Since the website does not mention this, fellow travellers may like to be aware that they need to ring the hotel for directions when they arrive at the station. Apart from that, it was excellent, and we will definitely use the hotel again.

We have finished our stay in the hotel for 4 nights from 30 Jul 09. The reception was kind enough to let us early checking in at 10:30am after arriving London via Euro-star from Paris!

Very enjoyable stay and a reasonable
Very enjoyable stay and a reasonable price considering the location. Room was very modest in size but the bed was vast and very comfortable. Full breakfast was included in the price and was excellent. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back unless I found a cheaper alternative of similar standard

Excellent hotel, in very good
Excellent hotel, in very good location in London. Rooms very clean, staff very helpful. Only minor criticism would be the hot breakfast could have been a little hotter! But would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotell with excellent
Very nice hotell with excellent service. Good location, a five minutes walk from the Thames river path to Tower bridge and the Tower. Some noise from the trains at the nearby railway station.
