This was indeed an excellent hotel

This hotel was a big, positive
This hotel was a big, positive surprise, and absolutely value for money. Having struggled for years trying to find a medium priced hotel in London that is clean, modern and with top service, finally my wife and I agreed: this was by far the best hotel in this price category we have stayed in. We will certainly come back, and also recommend it to friends.

Loved staying at this hotel with
Loved staying at this hotel with regards to location ; to train station after airport, everything we wanted to walk to or see. Breakfast was outstanding and rooms were well appointed and very comfortable with the added bonus of tea and coffee making facilities in our room. Bed was big and very comfortable. Made our stay fantastic. Highly recommend.

This was a very pleasant hotel
This was a very pleasant hotel with a clean and modern design. The rooms are small but nice. The bed was very quite comfortable. We received excellent help from the concierge regarding getting around town and to the airport. We enjoyed the hot breakfast that was included, though the menu was the same every day. I reported a burnt out lightbulb and they had someone up in 5 minutes to replace it. My only complaint is that we were on the first floor, and below our rooms was a bar/club that was cranking bass-heavy dance music until after midnight on Friday night. Our travel partners were on the third floor and did not hear it. You might want to ensure you are not on the first floor if you will be staying over the weekend.

2nd time stay: a good place to
2nd time stay: a good place to go. Nice clean rooms and very friendly staff. We could leave the suitcases in the hotel when we checked out, no problem. So we could spend the whole day without them. For me the place to go when I am back again in London in June and November
