Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel

On arrival I was waiting over 20 minutes at check-in. On entering my room it was cold and remained so for nearly 90 minutes on a very cold evening. At 2150 when I wanted to be in bed, I was offered an alternative room which was simply not acceptable. I have stayed at many RB Hotels in Europe and US and UK and was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable.

The first room I was given smelled so bad, I had to ask for a different room. The room was incredibly small (even though most European rooms are often small). There was barely any room to walk between the foot of the bed and the wall, the TV/Cable options were horrible, the bathroom was so tiny, I kept getting my clothes caught on the handle every time I walked in (it was that narrow). The WiFi they offer is terrible considering I'd have to stay stationed in one area of the room where I got the signal. Their business center is in the basement. There are more guests that are there for business as opposed to pleasure. It's a hotel that fails miserably at trying to be one of the top hotels. Customer service is horrible as well.

The location of the hotel is very good. Directly connected to the tube or bus stop. The rooms are very small, especially the bathrooms. I had to change rooms twice as the first one was right next to the bus stop and every passenger was able to look into the room. Second room was also very noisy.

I was visiting my daughter who studied abroad at Kings College. The hotel is at walking distance to her dorm. Mu overall experience is good.

The room was small. The bathroom was very small. You could hardly take a shower. I had a room at this hotel 2 years ago and I liked the room a had at that time beter.

Very small rooms where the air conditioning seemed to work only some of the time.

Was "upgraded" to a room with a double bed crammed against the wall. Nice finishes, great bath. Service was better than expected. Very well located and convenient.

The hotel is located very close to the Warren Tube station. There are several pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops within a short walk of the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is overpriced, rooms are not air conditioned, we had to request a fan as our room got a lot of sun. As with most hotels in major, older, cities, the rooms are small. There were plenty of outlets to utilize, the bathroom facilities were very nice. One elevator did not work most of the visit.

I only stayed for 2 nights, but I thought the staff was super friendly, and the hotel was right next to the tube station, great location. The room was small, and there was road noise, but it was really a good deal for the price

Stayed here on our last two nights in London. Very close to the tube station that will connect you to everyplace you want to go. Great service and very clean and comfortable rooms for the price. I would stay here agin for sure.
