Excellent as always
As usual, the hotel exceeded expectation. The only problem I had was on the booking sheet that requires a signature. The last 2 occasions I've apparently been a male from Chicago, when I'm actually a female from Manchester. Other then that, everything was absolutely fine.

Great location
This hotel is located right in the center of piccadilly gardens and you can catch a bus and tram to anywhere in the city. It is about a 10 or 15 min walk from the piccadilly train station as well. There are plenty of stores located around as well as restaurants. The hotel its self is just ok. We didn't have any issues with it. I wish there was free wifi in all of the rooms. We had to go down to floor 3 where the restaurant was to use the internet.

Great Hotel
Overall the hotel is in a perfect location for shops. The service and staff are excellent as is the breakfast. I think the bathrooms, especially the floor could do with revamping. The bar is always empty at night possibly due to it always being really cold in there to the extent you have to keep your coat on. My daughter and I have stayed 5 times in the last 15 months and we wouldnt stay anywhere else.

Comfortable overnight stay
I checked in late after a concert. Well received and checked in. Friendly staff at reception made me and the missus feel welcome. I booked through an agency, e-bookers and I discover on my card statement the hotel has also charged me for the same booking! Not nice at all. They say they are working on e-bookers refunding me, but it is them that should refund me!
