This superbly appointed 17th century manor house was once the home of the Marquesses of Huntly, so the magnificent building has a proud history of playing host to special guests! BEST WESTERN PLUS Orton Hall Hotel & Spa really does pack a pedigree in the hospitality stakes and offers exceptional accommodations. Seventy spacious bedrooms range from single rooms in the Coach House and modern executive rooms in the wings, to elegant staterooms in the main hall. Set on 20 acres of peaceful parkland, just half a mile from the Nene Valley Railway and a short drive from Peterborough and its Cathedral, the hotel has been tastefully restored over the years and boasts spacious, airy and quiet conference rooms as a result. The location was excellent for

The location was excellent for visiting nearby places of interest and the Hotel was very peaceful and in a wonderful setting. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was that we had booked on line through Hotelclub and paid for holiday before arriving but there was a query with this at the Reception desk on arrival as they did not seem to recognise the form that I was asked to produce on arrivalby yourselves. This was slightly worrying but was subsequently sorted out. The rest of the stay was very good.

Kurztriphotel

Ein wirklich schönes, altes Hotel im Norden Englands. Leider gab es keinen Aufzug. Das Hotelzimmer hatte keine Minibar und der Duschkopf im Badezimmer war defekt. `Das Bett war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr nett und der Service war auch gut. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut.
