From the north Take M6 southbound to J15. Take the A5182 and then the A53 for Market Drayton and then Shrewsbury. At the first roundabout as you come into Shrewsbury take the 5th exit. The Travelodge is located here. From the south Take the M6 northbound to J10a. Take the M54 to J7. Take the A5 for Shrewsbury. At first roundabout take the 2nd exit for the A49. At the second roundabout take the 2nd exit for the A49 at the third roundabout, take the 4th exit. The Travelodge located here.

Good basic hotel room

The room was good, but a nearby construction sight had a loud engine of some sort running all night. This made it hard to fall asleep. The adjoining TWO HENRYS is a pub-style restaurant that offered ample variety for dinner at reasonable prices. We ordered the optional continental breakfast at the hotel, but it didn't get on the list so was not delivered. I did get it at the desk later. Internet access is extra. I think the pricing is high, especially when compared with US hotels. The Shrewsbury Battlefield is a few minutes away, worth a visit.
