Cheap and Close to the beach

We did not experience any trouble from staff. Room was clean when we arrived and cleaned daily. It's a little loud because it's so close to 59 but not too bad. The only problem is that the ac unit did not keep the room as cool as we would have liked it. Only a few minutes away from the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Overall good experience

Money-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Driving down 59 takes you straight to the beach. There is plenty of free parking. Don't pay five dollars at the first lot you see

Don't Waster Your Money

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. First, when we checked in (7/22/13) there was a family in front of us cancelling their room. That should have been our first clue. We got there an hour early and didn't expect our room to be ready, but as soon as the other family left they magically had a room available. When we got to the room the beds looked thrown together and the floor was damp, but unfortunately we ignored this out of exhaustion. We did find that the WiFi that was promised in the reservation was not available. Not even an hour later we noticed that it was significantly hotter than it was when we arrived. I tried to turn the knob to a colder setting and it just fell out of the air conditioning unit. Later that night we kept hearing buzzing and chirping in the room. I then spent the rest of the night going around the room just to kill all the bugs and spiders we found! There were much more than just the normal 'they just got through the cracks' amount. We eventually gave up and tried to go to sleep, although with it was hot and muggy with the air conditioner broken. My sister and I were both woken up several times finding that something was crawling on us. While getting ready to leave in the morning I found hair all over the shower and several dead bugs along the walls. We immediately went to the front desk to cancel the rest of our reservation. We were told that we would look into compensating us and would get a call as soon as things were sorted out. It has been two days now (7/24/13) and they refuse to give us any information except that they will call when they figure it out.

Good Hotel for a Night

The Hotel was good enough for a night and was in a good location. The price could have been a little cheaper. Should be more to offer for the price. 85$/night would have been worth it. Would not stay there again.

Go somewhere else

Staff claimed I needed military id for rate I was quoted. Had to pay here plus tax. Room stinks! Mildew and body odor. Tv is old 19 inch and linens are filthy. Wow really! This is the best they can do. Seriously, I travel for business and this is the worst. For thos rate, go somewhere else.

Very Disappointed

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we got there to check in the office is not very visable, had to drive around several times and actually walk the property to find the office. It was around 10 pm when we arrived and the office was closed. Finally get in our room and it smells, the carpets were stained, the toilet was pouring water from underneath, bathroom was flooded, toilet wouldn't flush, toilet didn't even have a handle to flush, and the beds had sand all in them. Very very disappointed especially because of the price that we were paying for the room.
