Housekeeping slow
The room was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room wasn't cleaned until I asked for it at the desk. (both days) The cafe was good and nicely set up. The location is awkward at the junction of freeways. It is close to a mall. The hotel is connected to the Fairfield Inn and the emergency stairs closest to my room were in the other hotel and hard to find.

Courtyard hotel is very close to Chandler downtown where there are many places for shopping also restaurants and bars......all are very classy.

The Funeral Trip
we were there for a funeral which was down the street. so it was picked for that reason. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning okay. got a kinked kneck but that is because i have a bad neck. good job

Just stayed one night
I really like the staff at this hotel. They were all courteous and friendly. The room was very comfortable and roomy. I really loved the roll away desk that I was able to move to the window for the view while working on my computer. The bed was a king size and very comfortable and nice to sleep on. I liked the fact that this hotel had free internet. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
