Good location for all shopping
The hotel was clean, rooms were a little small, staff was very friendly. The location was quite, and we felt safe coming and going in the evenings. We will return!

Good Value
Visiting college friends, GO BULLDOGS! Though the location of the hotel was not in the best part of town, it also wasn't the worst. Highway 41 is less then 2 minutes away. It has great access to the Tower District and North Fresno. The room was clean, a great thermostat we kicked up to almost 80 degrees (it was about 35 degrees outside). It had everything we needed for a long weekend visit, including a refrigerator (in the bathroom, under the sink). We didn't get the chance to try their hot breakfast since we slept in each morning. With the money we saved on the great price of the stay, we paid for brunch. I would stay here again.

Best hotel of the trip!
We stayed in 4 hotels over 9 nights and this was by far the best. The room was spacious and extremely clean. There was a special TV remote that had an explanation that it was designed to be easily cleaned and disinfected after each room usage. Think about that!! The full free breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel was outstanding in its class.

Basic, clean hotel room
Clean, nice TV, and decent free internet. The room was surprisingly quiet, even though the hotel was pretty full. We would come back for the free breakfast buffet. Nothing too stunning, but good variety of food. We do several cheap stays in Fresno a year, and I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Nice place, but no tv channels
Everything was fine, clean, great value, etc. However there were only like 10 tv channels.

Ok room and price
The room was clean and quiet.The problem is if you forget something and call a few hours after you check out.They will give you the run around.The manager never even called back.One breakfast pass or two people.

Pet friendly
Last October I had to attend a wedding but didn't have any one to take care of my 2 dogs. I brought them with me and to my surprise the hotel was dog friendly. In between the building there is a patch of grass for them and at night it is lite. Great breakfast, just enough to get the day started. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. I will stay again.

There were no elevators to get to the 2nd floor. Beds were okay. It was close to where we needed to go. The area around it was okay.
