Great price and location.

Hotel staff were helpfull and friendly, rooms were large and clean, an the location was great for where we needed to go.

Nice hotel with easy access to everything.

Nice staff. Easy check in and check out. The free breakfast could be improved.

not by FSU...choose Clovis local!!!

Not by FSU ( closer to hwy41)...Spa not working at time of stay. Building needs up keep. Repairs to obvious water damage from toilie above, less than a good repair job. I wouldn't stay again..too pricey for an average room. Expected a classier place.

quite good for short stay

nice staff, nice place. The airconditioner and refrigerator is quite noisy, and the room is quite hot in the afternoon while the airconditioner is working.

Ok Hotel

Nothing special, I would not be walking around near the street at night it does not look unsafe, just not where I would go with my family walking around. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby. They should not leave the air conditioning completely off in rooms when it is > 100 degrees outside. Just keep it on low maybe 85 degrees would be green enough. We checked in at 8pm, it felt like a hot garage, and it took over 2 hours to get to a temperature you could tolerate and try to sleep. The Lobby was nice and cool.

Adequate

This room was what we expected. It was clean and comfortable. We had one issue when the shower head did not work. The front desk person wanted to argue about having it repaired. I persisted and got it repaired. All else was fine.
