Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel

My boyfriend and I went to LA to see some concerts and visit family & friends. The hotel was convenient as we were traveling all over LA. When we checked in, the restaurant was still serving food (at 11:15pm). We had a delicious meal at a reasonable cost (for really good food at a hotel). The staff was very accomodating & didn't rush us at all. The room was nice & comfy. The next morning, they threw in breakfast! The buffet was fantastic. And we never paid for parking because there was street parking that we were able to take advantage of. Overall, great experince

The moment we encountered your staff at the door, then, your sweet, sweet, professional and helpful young lady at the check-in desk, we knew our stay would be nothing but great. Also, your restaurant is fantastiic particularly our waiter for dinner!! Can't exactly recall his name, but believe it was similar to Amon. But, I am sure you have a record of it that you can locate and give him a plaudit, please. If the opportunity presents itself, we will surely choose the Renaissance for our stay.

We were exhausted after getting off our cruise ship in Long Beach. It was way before check-in time but we went to the hotel anyway. They let us check in, gave us a fabulous room, and the staff was so courteous! Shuttle from airport to hotel was clean, on time and a super driver. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, flat screen TV. B'King was right across from us for lunch and dinner was within walking distance. We enjoyed seeing the planes fly literally right over our heads on our walk. So fun. Highly recommend!

Superb location and convenient for car rental return. No need to leave hotel as all facilities are on site. Excellent Bar and Restaurant with very high standard of service. Also great ambiance.

The decor was teriffic and the staff very fast, personable, and professional. I was here with my wife for four nights. I looked forward to getting back to this hotel every evening.

Just 5 minutes from the airport terminals and is the most quiet hotel you'll ever find! Very, very comfortable. Restaurant is good but very expensive.

This was our second trip to LA and we wanted to stay somewhere nice, this place exceeded our expectations. We will stay here every time we come to LA. Awesome hotel!

This hotel was wonderful! The best we ever stayed at. The room was beautiful! The breakfast buffet was the best ever. Every thing taste perfect. I will stay again when I go back to L.A. thanks for a wonderful stay.

Hotel was very close to LAX and provided a free shuttle for guests which runs 24/7. Room was good size and so was the bathroom. Nice and quiet with a view to LAX so my young son could watch the planes coming in. Just up the road is the metro bus centre which provides very reasonable fares into LA and surrounding areas. Will definitely stay here again. The complimentary full breakfast was an added bonus and delicious.

When you book cheep hotel, nobody expect you to pay tips and you pay it if you feel that service was good, but in hotel like this nobody will do anything for you, unless they are paid. That's wrong!I would be happier if the service is great and nobody expect anything from you extra, then I will decide if service worth to be paid extra.
