Comfort Inn Near Pasadena Civic Auditorium

Restaurants were not within walking distance. All local restaurants within several miles closed at 9 p.m. A/C was noisy and did not cool the room well (and this was in April so I assume it does a poorer job in the summer. Non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. It was okay for one night but I would try a different hotel in the area next time.

overall good, just a little too noisy the room above us,drip coffee maker needs to be thrown away-after 40 minutes still brewing and unplugged at that point because could'nt stand the hissing noise anymore. the staff is friendly, the lobby is spacious and inviting

An older motel, nicely maintained. Large, quiet and clean rooms-a very good value.

Quick overnight stay. Good location for our purposes. Easy to find. Nothing amiss. Large fridge & microwave in room.

For this hotel it is possible to give the second name: the SMOOTH WATER. The cosy hotel in which it is possible not only to have a rest but also to work. Good service, the attentive personnel, the technician in working order, cleanliness, a beautiful kind on mountains. But, there are remarks: - Too hot water in a jacuzzi - High audibility in rooms (it is audible, than are engaged visitors in the next rooms) - Because of the provider there are small problems of connection of the Internet which are operatively eliminated Good conditions for rest with children, residing of pensioners, tourists - singles and those people to whom quiet conditions for work are necessary. I like this hotel.

The Pasadena Comfort Inn is a quality hotel at a reasonable price. Great location on Colorado Blvd with friendly staff; however, some of the rooms seem a little rundown.

Nothing fancy, the rooms have updated features (fridge, microwave, LCD tv) but are otherwise outdated (burnt orange carpet, patched comfortors, ugly curtains). Bed is comfy, housekeeping and staff did well, and the location was convenient to E Pasadena, but the hot tub did not impress (luke warm and the jets make it more like a fountain splashing your face), the breakfast was just ok, and I did see a half dozen ants in the room.

The Rooms were clean and quiet.

We were in LA for a wedding so we were coming and going from the hotel at all hours. There are restaurants and a grocery store (Von's)within walking distance. There are several restaurants with in a short driving distance (under 3 miles). The hotel breakfast included hard boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, toast, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, muffins, fruit, apple and orange juice, coffee, tea and milk (I'm sure I'm forgetting something here). This is a great place to stay if you are going to be out and about all the time and not spending all your time in the hotel room.

Relaxing experience. Hotel located near many good restaurants and close to Old Town. Have stayed here on 2 different trips. Very satisfied both times.
