Very user friendly for handicaps
The staff was outstanding and quick to help. One of the big pluses ws they have a shuttle that will take you to restaurants within about a 4-5 block area. This was great for me as often it is difficult to get in a cab if the seats are back too far. Did not have that problem with their shuttle service.I attended an opening of Tratorria Neopolis restuarant, birthday party and a brunch. The holte was always very helpful amd met my needs.

nice petite vacation.
Last weekend, me and a friend spend a night over the hotel and it was very comfortable. Hotel itself is clean and modern, and service is good too. they have their own shuttle to restaurants and shops in the city, that was great. you do not need to drink and drive.

Loved our Trip to Pasadena Calif.
We came in from AZ and not only was the hotel beautiful, it was perfectly located. The hotel offered a free shuttle down the street to all the restaurants and shops. The staff, everyone from the valet, to room service was very well manored and extremely nice. We highly recommend staying here.

Free shuttle will getyou in the middle of Old Town Pasadena. Restaurants, Bars, Cigar Shops, Clothing Shops, Shoes shoes and more shoes lol.

Pasadena Perfect
Room was great, clean and bed was comfortable. Location is Perfect for seeing and getting around Pasadena. The shuttle service was a great way to get around and responsive to our wants.

Meets the needs of the average travler very well
Great to have easy to fix coffee but lacks directions for TV and lacks reliable wake up services. Fairly good about correcting mistakes. Does not have a restaurant that serves dinner but is located near places to walk to for lunch or dinner. Walk to nearby mall and bus service. Great bed that is so comfortable and good bathroom with a wonderful shower. Very clean. I would stay here again

LOVED IT!
The hotel was just as pretty as the pictures. The pool was gorgeous. The staff was so friendly and helpful with directions. I will ALWAYS stay there!

Nice Hotel in a Great Location
The hotel is in a great part of Old Town Pasadena and is walking distance from many bars and restaurants. The room was very comfortable but quite small. The pool was amazing and the gym was the best I've seen at a hotel in a long time!
