good location
This was a good location for us, as we needed to be in San Diego and Temecula during our staying. It was half way in between. We had three people in a very small, but clean room. If we were going to be staying for any length of time the room would not have worked. It was so small. We did not use any of the amenities, as we did not have time. The gym was closed because of the construction. The elevators are located in the middle, so if you have a lot of luggage and your room is at the end of the hall, make sure you get a luggage cart (I did not see one, but am sure they have them). It worked, but I would probably not stay there again, as there are better room situations for my family.

Weekend getaway
The hotel was centrality located to where we wanted to stay. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The grounds and surroundings were beautiful. Nice place to relax.

Housekeeping problem
I asked for a late check out and the front desk told me no so I said I'd check out at noon *(check out time). So I was in my room resting around 10:45am and the housekeeper knocks on the door and I told he rI was checking out at noon. So she said ok and left. Then about 11:20 ANOTHER housekeeper knocks on my door and knocks again & again and then starts to come into the room with her key (I jumped up and opened the door and told her I was checking out at noon). I use to work in a hotel and I know the housekeepers aren't supposed to knock and bother the guest until after check out time, it really bothered me that they disturbed me twice before check out time.

Family that plays together
We arrived to find a huge So Cal power outage but the staff was very friendly and super helpful. We thought we had a horrible disasterous weekend ahead but everything was WONDERFUL!

Weekend Getaway
The location of this hotel was very convenient for us. It was right off the 15 freeway. There was a Vons and lots of restaurants around. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean! Would definitely stay at this location again!
