Great location
Very close to the Piers, ferries and tours Within walking distance of Chinatown, Little Italy, and Union Square if you enjoy walking like we did.

August SF Trip
Quiet room, friendly staff, clean, great location. Our room had a window, but view was a cement courtyard. But since we were out and about, not a big problem. Nice breakfast.

Great location!
This was our first trip to San Francisco and we had such a great time we are already talking about what we want to do when we return! The hotel was great it was close to the attractions we were interested in seeing. We were able to walk to Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Ghiradelli Square and The Cannery. We took several tours and had a blast. Going on a tour to Alcatraz was the best and we plan to go on the night tour next time we go. Our only complaint was the parking fees at the hotel but they all charge so it's not like were were ripped off!

Traveling Couple from Texas
Good location, close to the wharf
The location couldn't have been better. We were only a couple of blocks from the wharf. The staff was happy to suggest places to eat and gave detailed directions. Very helpful. The free breakfast was a bonus since we started out very early each day.

Great location, great price
This hotel was right near Pier 39 and a lot of great attractions. It was also close to public transport so that we were able to do everything we wanted without having a car.

The Blue Mermaid Chowder House and the Buena Vista Cafe are both fantastic and very nearby.

Great Location
Within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39 and Ghirardelli. Many delicious restaurants in walking distance. Friendly staff. This was our second stay here and we will be back.

Great location
We arrived around 12 noon on Sunday and our room was ready. The room was large and spacious (reg.guest room), the view was nothing special but we weren't in the room that much. We were within walking distance to everything at the wharf and transportation was only a block away if you wanted to go downtown / Union Square / cable cars etc. The hotel offered every morning a breakfast bar, more than just sweet rolls, it offered eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, etc. everyday. The staff was very friendly always saying hi when they saw you. Overall I thought the hotel was great.

The food on the wharf is very expensive and all the resturants there seems to offer the same menu. We found that by just walking a couple of blocks you could get good food at a more reasonable cost and get to see more of the neighborhood.
