We booked a room with a balcony that over-looked the bay and really enjoyed it. There was always something going on in the plaza below us and we saw ferries and container ships coming in and out of

we were delayed in arriving due to cancelled flight and were unable to get reimbursement because we stupidly booked thru [...], and they won't refund our first nights stay
