When we first arrived they were not able to find our reservation, so we had to wait for the manager to assist us[...]but they did comp the $20 parking fee. The hotel rooms were nicely decorated but ur definitely paying for the location. We enjoyed the bike rentals as well.

Hotel Oceana
The hotel staff was very friendly. The location was great and the room was amazing. We loved the beds, the decorations, and how the room was set up. We will go back for sure one day.

We have been to Santa Barbara a couple times and stay at different hotels. This one was right on the beach. We got a free upgrade to an ocean front room. The staff was nice. The room was a little small, but all in all worth it for what we paid!

Great place to get away
The Hotel is beautiful spanish style. The room was very clean, The staff was great no matter what time of day or evening I went to lobby they were their to help. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I would love to go back soon. I loved it. Ran out of time to do all I wanted to do.

Birthday Week
Birthday get away
I took my boyfriend there for a birthday week get away. The hotel staff was very friendly and took great care of us when we checked in since they knew it was his birthday. They were very knowledgeable about the restaurants and activities to do in Santa Barbara. They booked us our wine tour, gave us brochures to check out, and had bikes for us to ride every day. The hotel was very clean and cute, and the breakfast pastries were delicious. The only downfall was that the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on around you. Thank goodness our neighbors did not party and it was quieter during the week while we were there.

The Cloud Climbers Jeep tour(wine tasting) was very fun and our tour guide Jason was very knowledgeable about wine and the local wineries. They took us to four vineyards and tasting rooms, provided lunch, and drove us around in an awesome Jeep!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
While the hotel is pretty,right across the street from the Ocean, has very nice outdoor sitting areas and is close to the all the SB hot spots...the rooms are basically fixed up motel rooms, small, noisy...no privacy when other guests are walking down the hall. I paid for a full Oceanview room and foolishly thought it would be a private balcony. [...]
