Excellent room keeping service
The Washington Plaza hotel was more than adequate for our stay in D.C. The employees were very nice. The pool and fitness room were good additions. We were really pleased with how clean and tidy our room was when we returned each night. The room was spacious with enough room for four of us. The public bus system was a short walk, although we would have enjoyed more choices for restaurants close by. Most dining was not within walking distance. We tried to rent a movie in our hotel room, but the tape was messed up. The front desk removed the charge with no problems. We would definitely stay here again.

homey atmosphhere
It was busy but quiet and easy to get around the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Dining was good and the food was plentiful but average in preperation and presentation. The room size was small but addiquit. The view was not the best[next to appartment complex]. All-IN-all it was a pleasant experience....

Great Location
Very friendly, helpful staff. The open air pool was large enough for a good swim with plenty of room to catch the sun - nicely landscaped. I liked the hotel location - we could walk to many of the memorials, the capitol etc, and there are good restaurants and cafes nearby. I look forward to staying there again.

perfect
very comfortable, the room seemed very lightly. The location was very good -- it was really not so far to Wite Hous and there were restaurants very clos, there is big buitiful pool & everithing was great

Comfortable and convinient
Washington Plaza Hotel was very nice and comfortable. It is situated so that you can easily reach most attractions of Washington by feet. There is also a metrorail station so that you can easily get to remote suburbs of Washington. Though the hotel was still in renovation mode the services did not disturb us at all and cleaning personel was very intelligent and polite. I believe it's the best ratio for quality and money!

WP Hotel Review
We did not get there until 10:00 pm and left at check out the next morning. We basically just slept and left. No complaints.
