Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Baymeadows

The hotel was pretty nice from the outside to the inside. Everything was pretty nice until 12:30 am when I was woken up by the people in the next room doing the do. The was are so thin you can hear ever word that is said when someone talks. Doors slamming and people walking around. The staff was very wonderful and helpful but for the same price I could have stayed down the street and had a good nights sleep in a hotel with thicker walls and more amenities and a free breakfast.

I only got 3 hours of sleep. First I was placed by staircase and you could hear the stairwell traffic all nite. On top of that at the crack of dawn someone upstairs, someone was running and jumping up and down making very loud noises. I planned to check out at 12 but ended up leaving the hotel at 830am because of all the noise. I tried to express my concern to the hotel and the front desk attendant just told me it was nothing she can do for me and made it seem like I was aggravating her, it was horrible, I left a voicemail for the manager to call me back but he NEVER called.

The Staff was great and very efficient. Perfect location and the amenities were surprisingly modern & chic. Our only issue was the paper thin walls. If you listen close enough, you could probably hear the next room's conversation! Other than that, great hotel.

Not a bad location, beach is about 15 minutes away and plenty of restaurants near by. Also not far off the interstate and not too loud.

The room was clean, the location was excellent and the staff was very nice. I just wish the hotel had bath tubs instead of just showers. Overall i would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast at hotel was horrible! For made to order food my standards were set a little higher..not impressed. Also I expected more out of a Sheraton . Small 4 seat bar in main lobby no restaurant , just breakfast offered. A little bit over priced I would say.

I had to wait over 30 minutes past 3 pm for check in, the hotel closes doors after 11 pm. what kind of hotel closes doors after 11 pm? when you enter and exit the hotel one of the reception greets you, the customer service is terrible

Room was over meeting rooms. Wedding party incredibly loud and disturbing. Much noise and running in hallways.

This is a first class hotel. Great location, awesome staff, very comfortable beds, immaculately clean, decent pool although i would have liked a hot tub too but overall a 5 star experience. I cant wait to stay here again.

I was amazed how stunning this hotel was. I figured since it's a newer type of hotel for Sheraton they was really cheap to try to build there name up. But it was hands down worth way more than I paid for it.
