Lovely and intimate lake view hotel offers intimate and upscale service

My Kid Tri's in J'ville
Jacksonville Kids Triathlon Weekend
We always book the Hotel Indigo for our Triathlon weekend. The area is perfect, lots of choices for dining and anything you need is close. This time we found a surprise, stains on the curtains that were pulled back. It didn't look like it anyone had tried to clean it. That didn't stop us from enjoying the comfy bed and nice bathroom. We will be back next year!

Great Boutique Hotel!
We came in for the night from St. Peterburg, Fl for our daughters high school graduation. What a wonderful hotel. It has a European feel in a beautiful setting surrounded by red brick streets and a gorgeous lake. The decor of our room and hotel was bright and airy. It's very close to great shopping and restaurants at the Town Center. Hotel Indigo will be our destination the next time we are in Jacksonville.

A nice surprise
Reception staff friendly and room was much more than I expected, Service a bit slow in the dining area, but food was good. Only downsize was one time they forgot to bring fresh towels. Pool a bit small, but exercise room really well equiped. Overall, well worth the money. Carl Denny

Wonderful hotel!
I stayed here overnight while in town for a wedding. It was close to the wedding venue, service was great, room was super nice and clean, Aveda products in the bathrooms, giant walk in shower, hardwood floors, free parking, free wifi, and friendly staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Clean and new hotel, and unlike some places I have stayed, I didn't hear people in the halls. Very private, and located adjacent to a shopping area with cute restaurants and shops.

Stopped halfway to St. Pete
Hotel was amazing! Super nice, super clean, and very affordable. Was easily accessible to I95 as well.

Excellent hotel
Beautiful new contemporary hotel. The value is unmatched in Jacksonville. Great centrally located hotel with easy access to JTB, 9A, UNF and 95. St.John's Town Center is less than a mile away. I WILL be rebooking on next visit to JAX. Only advice, there is ample FREE parking and the breakfast option given in room choice packages is a little misleading. Breakfast is available well into lunch hour, and is very reasonable. My husband and I had a full breakfast for under $20. So my advice is just book the room. This is a non-smoking hotel, so we were very pleased to see management address cigarette odor coming from an adjacent room at 2AM! Beautiful reasonably priced hotel.

Great Experience!
