Sunrise Suites Resort

The bedding and furniture appeared to be at least 20 years old. The rooms where not very clean. We were told to steal rides from the Crown Point Hotel accross the street. We were given a outdated bus schedule that resulted in waiting a hour for a bus that no longer ran. The only thing that helped me from having a meltdown was having laundry in the room.

Overnight stay in Key West. Suite setup was very convenient for our group.

It was a very nice room. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was ice already made in the freezer. It was very clean and rooms were spacious.

The hotel was very nice, and very convenient that we had a kitchen, overall this place was great. The only very minor thing, was the closets were hard to open and close, and the walls were a little thin, but overall, great place!

This was the second time we've stayed at Sunrise Suites and we enjoyed it both times. Nowhere is far from beach in KW and beachfront property is very rare so for the price and location it is a great deal. Had small problems (toaster didn't work) but they brought a new one the next day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rented bikes and cruised the island...no worries...

intention was to ride our bicycles around Key West, would have been nice to have a dining table within the unit, unit was smelly and the unit furnishings were from the 80's or 90's and needed replacing very soon.

First of all, if you need a later check in, forget it. Even though they are supposed to be open until 9 PM, they often leave at 8 pm. Your key will be taped to the office door. Forget it if you have a problem or emergency! They do not warn you that the card key will be deactivated on the next day, if you have a late check in. Luckily, we returned from dinner before they left for the night or we would have been locked out of our room. 1st night the TV remote did not work and of course nobody on duty to resolve. Later next day it was replaced. WiFi did not work the entire visit …MAJOR issue as one of my main requirements! Couple days into stay, discovered that dishwasher was not working! Resolved the next day…as nobody on staff at night! Manager [...] only offered a 50% discount if we wanted to stay an extra day! Horrible customer service from a management company who supposedly manages over 100 units in the Keys! I manage vacation rental properties myself and would never do this to an upset guest!!! Also the kitchen is NOT supplied very well! No pot holders, no wine opener or bottle opener, etc. etc. Just NOT a well supplied kitchen!

At the resort we love that we can rest easily on the very comfortable beds that we asked for. it was quiet no one bother you and u can just enjoy urself. we used the pool alot, it was nice. we thought that we would be getting breakfast n lunch but we guess it wasnt provided into our suite even though we had one of the biggest suites. while we stayed at the hotel we also did an adventure package deal. it was awesome. everything was perfect! we enjoyed everything!!!!! we would come back for sure to this hotel if we ever decide to visit again.

It rained all day saturday, so when we got back to the room we wanted to sit down and watch a nice movie we had rented. The DVD player would not work, when the office was notified they said they would contact the owner and get back to us, they never did. Our room was across from the pool, people stayed in the pool making noise until after midnight, it was hard to go to sleep with people screaming and yelling .

Good overall. Front desk person seemed like they had been asleep just before I arrived.
