Beachtree Villas

There were roaches! Furnature was awful and dated. Towels old stained and rough. You only get a half of a roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms, you are expected to furnish your own toilet paper once that is gone. Never, ever again.

The place was great for a big family, private , two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The location was was great, parking was good, staff was pleasant. Only bad thing was that the sheets had not been change from previous guess, this would have been a deal breaker for us but the unit also came with a washer and dryer so I just washed everything before the first night.

What happened to our family was a miserable situation and would not wish it on anyone. Before arrival we knew about the cleaning fee...but the manager decided to add an extra fee and refused to except debit card. Huh no debit card? The manager proceeded to comment on what can possibly be stolen so credit card or cash is preferred. Didn't understand. Showers were molded and sleeper sofa had huge stains and dried food. It was raining out and I had my children with me. The manager shook the mattress outside and put it back. Not good. Long story short, he asked us to leave within an hour of us being there. Didn't offer a new room or to waive the cleaning fee. No hospitality. Drove back to New York with children disappointed,hurt and a ruined Disney trip.

Very nice and comfy villa can't think of anything wrong with just no wi-fi but no biggie. Very nice pool and hotub, and the recreation center very nice.To conclude i would highly recomend it for family getaways.

The condo itself was very nice...nothing fancy but CLEAN and great location to the parks. Very spacious. The only critique I would have would be the location to pick up the key was not as nice and therefore had us a little concerned. But once we got to Beachtree Villas and went in, the concern was gone. Very helpful staff and all went wonderfully. Would stay again.

When I hear the term "villa" I expect a little house or cabin or villa. But this was an apartment complex with regular residences. The "villa" was in a 4 plex. It was clean and had the things you would need for an extended stay such as dishes, pots, and pans. If you needed more clean towels you would have to wash them. But it did have nice space. All the kids had a room and privacy for the parents with a seperate bedroom and bathroom. But you'll have to make your own bed.

When we arrived at the resort we were not told they shared an entry road so even with the navigation system we had to drive around for a bit. We actually drove by it several times. We arrived at the unit at approximately 8pm, the toilets did not flush, the bathroom was in disrepair, the bathmats were filthy and the towel bar in the shower was missing. The air vents in the unit were rusty and the overall condition of the unit was poor, run down and smelled of mold. The towels and linen were old and filthy. They were the kind of towels you save in the garage to wash and dry your car. The outside on the buildings were dirty and covered in cobwebs. When I phoned in to indicate the toilets did not flush the man who arrived told us to get out or he would call the sheriff and have us thrown out because we were trouble makers. I had my brother visiting with me from Phoenix, my daughter was on crutches, and then there was my wife and myself. The man was rude to my wife, inconsiderate with any concerns we had as customers. We have a house in Massachusets and a house in Rotonda West. We have traveled to the Orlando area for over 25 years. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had. Because of the poor way we were treated, other business in the area did not get our business because we left early for home the next morning.Our treatment by Beachtree Villas was disgraceful. I intend on sharing this information with AAA, [...] and other travellers. The owners and Beachtree Villas should be ashamed of this disgracelful treament of guests and by the lack of care and attention to their Villas!This was just a horrible experience!!

We went to the game room and pool area. This was a very nice part of the the villa area. Seems to be updated When we got to the BeachTree registering home no one was there and it took a while to determine that we had to find out keys in the mailbox. Were told they would be there til 5 pm. Found our villa not far away, went in and was not what we expected. This villa needs alot of updates. Mold in the bathroom, rust on the vents, air conditioner needs to be replaced as it can not be set below 75 degrees or it freezes up. I would have expected that the villa would have been alot cleaner when we arrived as they wanted it clean when we left. We have stayed in other villas in this area previously and they have been much better. Will not return to this villa again.

Our 3 bedroom condo was clean and bright. It was well equipped and functional. The Clubhouse facilities (pool, hot tub, weight room, sauna) were clean and enjoyable. Originally, we had some difficulty in finding the rental office, which is in a house in a nearby subdivision, but the condo location was easy to find and travel about the area was easy. There are more luxurious accomodations for a much higher price, but Beachtree represents great value. After all, you will likely spend much of the day exploring the sites or using the clubhouse facilities.
