Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Orlando Maingate at Calypso Cay Resort, FL

We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites for our honeymoon. We were going to Disney, good location. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean. The only thing was our batteries in our thermostat were dead, but they were replaced in a timely manner. Also, there was a $15/day fee we were not aware of to use the resort pools, gold course and playgrounds. Overall, we would stay again.

We booked/prepaid for our room 6 weeks in advance, choosing a room to accommodate our family of 5. Upon checking in, we were told they'd overbooked so we got a smaller, handicapped room with one full bed and one sofa. Our room was NOT CLEANED every day..we were NOT given CLEAN TOWELS daily. The hot tub was NOT HOT. The coffee was NOT HOT. The pools were NOT HEATED. The staff didn't care. We were promised a cot since our room was not the we paid for, however, upon getting back to the hotel around midnight our first night with 3 very sleep children, we had no cot, no linens for the sofa, no wash cloths. This place is VERY DIRTY and by far the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. I also got bites from something all over my legs & feet...GROSS.

Huge room w sep. LR and large bath w a comfy bed! Amazing value! Pool area lookwd awesome but never used it...purchased Disney World tix at lobby desk to avoid will call line once arriving at Disney. Vert convenient. Free breakfastfood better thanthis most...had eggs and sausage and cool waffle machines...Would def. Stay again!

I have never been to a hotel so low priced but still clean and plenty of amenities. Complimentary breakfast, shuttles to the major theme parks, lots of information on local activities and great pools. Best value I have seen!

Room was not cleaned, "heated pools" were not heated, cleaning service was lousy, felt like 2 star hotel.

Hotel was clean, but room was next to the laundry room. Gym only had one treadmill for use.

When we arrived and found panties hanging in the window we wondered just how sanitary our room actually was. We didnt think this hotel was rented by the hour. Although the hotel changed our room, I think it would have been appropriate to upgrade our room or waive resort charges. This hotel needs to monitor the pool area during the day, not just at night. Too much horseplay going on and my kids could not enjoy the pool

We had a good experience and enjoy the breakfast buffet.

hotel was great except furniture and fixtures in room were all chipped and cracked. pools were wonderful. staff very friendly and helpful. free breakfast was very good. grounds were beatiful and well maintained. would go back again.

horrible! hair all in the bathroom, sheets didn't fit the bed, hole in wall, cracked ceiling all across room, a/c only worked at times, rude employees, when asked for a few extra towels employee stated you haven't used the ones you already have in our room yet. ice machine was broke,phones in room was broke, dirty walls (black marks all up walls) hole in bathroom wall where soap hold used to be.should I really go on! will not be back there thats for sure.
