This villa was only about 10 minutes from Disney. We didn't need the three bedrooms or two baths as it was just my husband and I, but we stayed there because it was cheaper than any nice hotel we could find. It had everything you could want, just like a furnished home. It was nice and quiet unlike a hotel with kids running up and down the halls. The only things that weren't there were an iron and a hairdryer. There was a weight room and a pool also. Will definately go back with another couple or more family and split the bill. Great bargain!

Room was old, bad maintained and with a moldy smell, no way this is a 4 stars facility.

We shopped at the outlets and went to Universal Studios-the hotel was close to everything-We upgraded to the newer villas this time and it was totally worth it-much newer and nicer

Holiday Villas is a great place for families to stay. The three room villa was huge and it is like being in your own home. They supply pretty much anything you need even dish soap, detergent, etc. The pool was great, heated and there was even a hot tub.....I would recommend to anyone!!!

Please be advised that eventhough my reservation was up on July 8th, I left early from the premises due to the various reasons: ? 1.The throw blankets were smelly, dirty and had wholes in them 2. Their were geicos crawling on the wall, made 2 calls to maintenance to get them out of the living courters 3. Their were baby frogs jumping in the apartment 4. The quilts on the beds smelled 5. The couch had holes in the fabric 6. They say they offer hot dogs, sandwiches etc at the pool office area, when I ordered 2 hot dogs for my sons, they put them in the microwave to cook them.? This is completely unacceptable. These living conditions were completely unacceptable for my children and I to live in.? It took me two days two to find availability at another hotel and then I checked out.? I could not contact the main office due to a telephone line failure in the area (due to severe thunderstorms the earlier evening).? When I spoke to the crew that works on the premises on the facility to tell me where the main office was located they told me they didn't know where the main offices had relocated to and just told me to leave the key in the room and I did. When I arrived at the airport on Friday, June 29, the bus company was there to pick me up, they went to check me in at the office which was given in the internet but unfortunately they weren't at that location, they moved. I would like these issues addressed with their management, because I refuse to be responsible in paying for such living quarters.

great stay for the money. The beds were not comfortable but great value for the stay. The location was great.

The room was very confortable and was close to all of the parks including disney. we were only about 15 to 20 minutes from disney. also only 15 minutes from sea world and 20 minutes from universal. they have a shuttle that will take you to disney that runs several times in the morning and return several times in the evening that is free to ride.
