Vacation Villas at Fantasyworld II

We were in an updated room and it was quite nice. Not having WiFi in the room was a big inconvenience. On our designated towel change-out day, they never brought our towels. At 4pm when I called, I was told I could "come down to the front office and get them myself". Not exactly the service of a 4 star hotel. Additionally, 1 day the maintenance staff wanted to change out the blinds and wanted to enter our room while our babies were asleep. Here again, the service was disappointing. The baby pool was also dirty. We asked for a crib for our baby and it was the most disgusting pack-n-play....the smell was horrendous so we obviously couldn't use it. The location is great.

Booked hotel as part of a package. Price was great, location on 192 was good for us-parks are pretty close though that's not what we did. Pretty much everything was good- rooms were clean, mattresses new. 3 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was nice. Full kitchen and living room. Publix right across the street if you want to save money and cook in the room. All rooms have balcony or patio, ours faced the pool area. Area was quiet, staff friendly. Was not asked to do timeshare tour which was nice. Pool area decent. Master bedroom has jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, other two had shower/tub. Biggest downfall for me was lack of Internet in the rooms, not even an option. No daily cleaning either which we liked but others may not. Two bedrooms have only double bed in each-would have liked one to have two beds. Nice room for price, liked having room to spread out. Would recommend and would stay again

nicely renovated. had a 1 bed 2 bath. very nice. after using the pool, juccuzi , and shower, ran out of towels. if you only stay 2 nite, not supposed to get more but they did anyway. had a great time at disney.

FANTASTIC !!!!!!!!!! COULDN'T BE ANY BETTER AND PRICE WAS CHEAPER THAN JUST A PLAIN MOTEL ROOM.

FANTASTIC !!! everything was as described , fast and easy check in and out. Exceeded our expectations.

While there we went to all the theme parks and downtown Disney. This Hotel has an awesome view of the parks at night if you stay on the 4th floor. Bed nothing to write home about. Would have liked to enjoy its sister hotel amenties like the waterslide next door. Even though they have the same name nothing is included with staying here. If price is right again would stay again.

Towel service was not good. Security guard was a real jerk. The elevators did not have air conditioning. The 2 washing machines were out of order the entire week we were there.
