Element Miami International Airport

With all the construction, we had a bit of trouble finding the place. It was kind of hidden. We pulled up not expecting too much. We had just made a 3 hour long drive from a beautiful 5 star hotel in Key West. But as soon as we parked and were greeted by the lovely staff, we changed out minds immediately. Compared to the 5 star hotel we stayed at in Key West, I'd stay at Element again any day! Although the exterior of the Key West hotel was breathtaking, the room itself didn't even come close to our Element room. Room comfortably, for me at least, is the most important part of a hotel. The hotel itself had a refreshing aura that I still can't get over. I stole the lotion sample to remind me of it. Lol. The room was the best part. We had a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a closed off bedroom. I wanted to stay and live in our room. It was so ideal I had trouble saying good bye to it. The hotel has a courtesy shuttle that'll take you to the airport. This runs 24 hours a day. If you need to go anywhere else within a 3 mile radius, just ask the driver and he'll drop you off! How convenient!? I really appreciated the laundry room! This came to be super convenient! The pool is a good size and it doesn't get too crowded throughout the day since everyone is out and about attending their business. Definitely a relaxing place. I highly recommend getting your swim on at night too. It's quiet and the pool is heated, even better! The pool is open from 6 AM - 11 PM. The only I would have added would have been a restaurant for convenience's sake. Complimentary breakfast and coffee was definitely appreciated. There was an event on our first night, so my bf even got his beer on enjoying several free drinks in the lobby. It was great! Lastly, I want to thank Element for hosting us. It was definitely a vacation to remember. If I ever go back to Miami, no doubt that I'd book Element again.

Took Element's free airport shuttle from MIA and the driver was courteous, even offering an ice-cold water. The hotel is brand-new, attractively appointed and spotless. The building is completely smoke free so the air quality is excellent. Very large and comfortable rooms with refrigerators, plates and utensils. Nice fitness facility as well. The hotel also makes available a shuttle to the cruise port which is reasonably priced. I recommend this hotel highly and would stay there again!

The spacious room that I stayed in was packed with useful items like a surprisingly big refrigerator, a two burner stove, dishes and kitchen utensils. The internal coin laundry was the biggest that I have noticed in a hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet was well managed and superior to what I have seen provided in most other hotels that I have stayed in. I think this hotel will develop a very good reputation if the many great features and attention to detail can be maintained. I think the only real challenge to earning a four star rating is the neighborhood. Although it is conveniently close to the Miami International airport, I think the neighborhood currently consists mostly of warehouses and businesses that would not interest a tourist. It is because of my impression of the neighborhood that I found the hotel to be a pleasant surprise.

This hotel is only a year old and has a very modern aesthetic. It is spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and the rooms were lovely. Fantastic linens, a kitchen, sectional sofa, great shower. And also very quiet given planes are taking off overhead. One small complaint, no ice machines, we contacted the desk twice to have ice sent up and eventually gave up and went to the front desk on the way out to get ice. Staff was suitable contrite. The hotel feels underbooked but is a very good value. Unfortunately, there is presently road construction that blocks simple and easy access to the hotel. The location will be great once the road work is complete. We got lost trying to get to the car rental return because of the construction and arrived at the airport quite late. Make sure you use a GPS to guide you to the airport.

Was a nice place. Close to airport, 15 min drive to downtown Miami. Clean, stylish, comfy.

This hotel opened just about 7 months before our stay, so the entire building had an updated and contemporary feel. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any questions or requests we had. Our room had a full-size fridge, dish washer, safe, flat screen TV with some movie channels, and one of the best bathrooms I've seen in a hotel. The room was also very spacious. I did notice there was nothing to eat within walking distance, but they did offer to take us to restaurants in their free shuttle. They also had some menus so we could order from some nearby restaurants that offered delivery. Their free breakfast was very good and included fresh fruit and omelets. They also had a social time in the evening, which included free salad and hot sandwiches. Overall, we had a great stay!

We expected the hotel to be just normal - we did not need anything special but a bed and a bathroom after we spent 20 hrs traveling from Europe. The hotel turned out to be new, clean and comfortable and very close to MIA rental car center. We also get a tasty breakfast (included int the room price) which was also a nice surprise. The hotel also serves small dinner (also included), so you don't even need to use the kitchen in your room.

Great hotel. New, clean and with a full kitchen. Large bathroom. The only downside is the noise of planes. But overall, excellent.

The hotel was great! We had an overnight in Miami and decided to stay in an hotel. The staff went over and above our expectations to make our stay one we will always remember. We wish the restaurants were closer, but they did shuttle us back & forth so that did make it easier to us.
