Perfect Location
I would recommend this spot to anyone who is going to South Beach to party, shop, eat, party, go to the beach, and party! The room was clean, the AC worked (I even had to turn it down a little), and the hotel had a nice complimentary breakfast. The valet was $20/ night, and there was also metered parking on the street, and a parking lot a fewe blocks away for $20/night. We left our car with valet for the weekend and walked everywhere.

Fewer Amenities than Advertised
The hotel's website indicates that there is a social hour daily with complimentary wine and beer, but that was discontinued long before my stay.

Fun over the Fourth
This was a great place to "crash" at night after spending all day at the beach - convenient to the beach, shopping, and dining. The staff was very helpful and considerate of our needs. Our only real complaint was with the valet service, not the hotel - they were quite slow about coming to pick up the car, and the next morning were unable to start it when we wanted it back (they left the lights on all night - killed the battery).

Go during Happy Hour for the best deals. Depending on which restaurant you choose, that time period might be anywhere from 5:00 to 11:00 pm!

Perfect Location
Friendly staff..Mins from South Beach and other various night clubs. Zesto next door has great food and is fairly cheap. I would stay here again. Not a place for family but perfect for partying all night and sleeping most of the day..lol..

good location
I read reviews prior to booking this hotel, some were ok, some were bad. But i figured for price i can check it out myself.Place doesn't have a pool. Breakfast was good, staff came in daily changed towels and made up beds, however they didn't vacuum the room. And also i guess because carpeting is very old it smells in the room and every time we went to the beach and left AC on so room wouldn't smell bad, cleaning lady would turn it off. Bathrooms need major renovation. So if you are planning on staying out all night partying on south beach and you just need a bad this place is perfect other than i wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel has not beeen maintained for at least 20 years. Torn matresses, blankets that are 30 years old, cracked bathtub and mirrors.

Can't beat the value!
The staff was very friendly. The beach is only a block away and there are plenty of restaurants and bars to hang out at plus only a cab ride away from all of the exciting club life of Miami. Breakfast was a plus too!

Good for a vacation
This hotel was okay. The breakfast was not what it said it was. My wife tried to call on the room phone and the lady that answered said she did not speak english. Good if you are vacationing but not for a business trip. More of a getaway hotel to party and enjoy the many restaurants and clubs around.
