Pleasant Stay
Very nice, clean place to stay within just a 5-10 minute walk of Downtown Naples and even closer to Tin City. The staff was consistently very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and very comfortable. Only very minor issue is I had to run bathroom fan for some time to purge the strong Clorox smell from the room/bathroom. I would definitely recommend the La Quinta Inn & Suites Downtown to anyone seeking a decent, comfortable place to sleep but not looking for the amenities (nor the big price) of a major resort.

Pretty nice, but.....
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, it appeared to be recently updated. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. There is an Olive Garden in front of the parking lot, which was convenient for a quick lunch. The breakfast was "okay", the attendant we had didn't speak english and couldn't answer a few questions we had about the food. Lastly, when I woke up early with my kids and walked into the bathroom, a roach scurried across the floor. I didn't tell my wife, since we would have been packed up and leaving the hotel within seconds. I don't think it's an indication of the condition of the hotel, but it's certainly something to be aware of. Having said that, I would probably stay here again if the price was right.

Affordable comfortable overnight stop
First room had strong smell of smoke although non-smoking requestedReception helpful to change room to a more suitable one. Need a car as too far from most attractions. Breakfast basic.would recommend for overnight stay.

Great value. Friendly desk staff
My only objection to the whole experience was that they allowed pets, and it did not seem to be limited to some rooms only. Otherwise, the place was clean, the rooms were very good for the price, location close to downtown by car, improved continenetal breakfast was included and desk staff extremely friendly and helpful, We go to Naples every year aroundthis time and it is always booked solid and the hotels pump the price a lot. This was a great value.

My husband and I found the front desk associate to be very professional and attentive. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would defintely recommend the hotel and would stay there again if we are back in Naples in the future!

Was the perfect hotel for us. great location for beach vacation. so close to 5th street shops. went trick or treating down 5th. would stay there again for sure. my son said you had the most comfortable beds ever!

The hotel is nicely located, just a $4.50 cab ride from Naples downtown/5th ave area. Very clean lobby, rooms, and bathroom. For just $69/night with breakfast included and no additional parking fees, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you la Quinta!

The location of this La Quinta is really good. It's close to all the 5th Ave shops and in between Joe's Crab Shack and The Olive Garden and close toTin City also. We stayed here only 1 night but it was a good experience. Free continental breakfast including waffles so that is a plus too. The rooms have a small frig and microwave also.
