Red Roof Inn at Naples
[...] this is advertised as a "Suite" hotel. It's only when we arrived that we found it was a very small room, not a suite, old, musty, and not well maintained. Stained carpeting and badly worn bedding. [...]

Better be a smoker!
While the hotel has a great location it is definitely in need or refurbishing. Upon check in, asked for a no smoking room and was told I had to upgrade to a suite to get nonsmoking. The comforter had burn marks and the room stunk! Was not a happy camper.

overpriced
very old and not clean at all, overpriced and horrible customer service, they just do not care. small pool. only pro: IHOP retaurant is right on the premises.

Red Roof Inn & Suites Naples
The strong odor to the room was either a cleaning product or insect killer. (no bugs to be seen) Bedspread was new, sheets clean, mattress a little saggy. Bathroom seemed clean. Pleanty of hot water. Parking lot was full, but the room was quiet enough for resting. Great deadbolt lock on the door, parking lot very well lit for safety.
