We offer 2 and 3 bedroom condos and townhomes in newer resort style communities with exclusive club houses, tennis courts, community pools, located within 5 to 10 miles from the main gates of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. It is such a pleasure after a hard day at a theme park to return to your own home away from home to relax. At the same time your children can use up their excess energy and join friends at the community pool. These are the ideal accommodations for honeymooners and small families looking for comfort and luxury. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Minimum stay required 5 nights from low and mid season, and 7 nights for high season. Additional fees will be charged if minimum length is not met- 2 Bedrooms Town Home or Condo USD 60.00, 3 Bedrooms Town Home or Condo USD 65.00. A USD 45.00 fee applies for late check-out up to 4 hours. Upon check-in the guest must provide a valid credit card to be used as a security deposit against any negligence, damage or losses at the property during their stay. Please note that pool heating is a service available at a cost of USD 35.00 plus 7 percent tax per day for a minimum of 4 days. Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out is at 11am. Minimum age for check-in is 25. Upon check-in the guest must provide a valid credit card to be used as a security deposit against any negligence, damage or losses at the property during their stay.
