Floridays Orlando Resort

I would recomd to anyone. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Floridays Hotel was awesome...our best Florida vacation ever. Everything was perfect. My husband and two teenage boys were so impressed - it felt like your home away from home. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Great place to stay. Will be back. One item, my neice left her purse in our room and room service did not turn the purse into lost and found. We called the hotel and reported the left behind purse but no one from the Hotel called us back. We had to make another call. I realize the Hotel is not responsible for left behind items. Just wanted you to know of the experience.

The Floridays Orlando Resort was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pools were nice. My Family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The Floridays Orlando Resort is just off International Drive, so it located near all the major attractions. The Patio grill was nice but I was dissappointed it wasn't a larger restaurant. It was an order and take it with you grill. Overall my family was very pleased with the Floridays Orlando Resort.

The Floridays resort was very spaceous and roomy. The separate bedroom for the children was great. They also had their own separate bathroom. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was idea and only a short trip from Disney World and Universal Studios. We enjoyed our stay very much and will tell others to visit.

The Floridays Resort exceeded our expectations. When we walked into the lobby it was beautiful. A large floral arrangement was the first thing that caught my eye. There were several staff members behind the desk so we didn't have to wait to check in. We were greeted in a friendly way, but not overdone or fake sounding. We were checked in quickly and the attendant ordered up a bellman to help us get to our building. When the bellman didn't come right away, she quickly changed our room to a better room (without any hesitation AND without us even complaining)and we chose to just go on without waiting for the bellman. Our room was a 2 bedroom condo. It had all the amenities of home. With two full baths we had all the room (and more) that we needed. There was a very large flat panel digital TV in the living room and a TV in each bedroom as well. The balcony was large and the view was nice. It overlooked a small lake. The master bedroom had a king bed and the extra large bathroom had a separate jacuzzi tub. The resort only has one restaurant (grill) at the poolside, but it has a bar so that was nice. They have a very small shop with some limited groceries (very limited). We were just one trolley stop away from groceries, drinks and shopping. Actually, it was close enough that we walked back from grocery shopping instead of waiting on the trolley. The trolley stop is actually at the entrance to the property. You can ride anywhere on the line for $1 per person. (There are discount passes for all-day and for 3-day, etc.) Be aware that the trolley makes lots of stops, so budget your time accordinglinly. You can take the trolley to SeaWorld right from the property for only $1 each! If you want to go to Universal Studios, (or SeaWorld) the hotel has complimentary transportation there. You just have to make a reservation for the van the night prior. Overall, we were very pleased with the Floridays Resort and would recommend it as a nice vacation spot and would certainly go there again.

The 2 bedroom condo was brand new and had plenty of room for our family. I would definitely recommend these condos for any family.

Floridays is a great deal. For what we would have paid for a decent hotel room, we got 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a kitchen. The fitness center is basic but usable. The pools are decent. Don't bother with the concierge service, it's useless. Housekeeping is a bit sloppy but not in a disgusting way. It's very close to several big attractions. There is a super-market just around the corner which is handy (get bottled water. central florida's well water tastes like $^!#.) Lastly, do your self a favor - don't trust that the people there before you did a good job washing the dishes - I don't think housekeeping checks on this. Ick. They do provide dish soap for the sink and dish washer. Don't expect much from the room views. We had a view of the new condo project next door. Some construction still going on as well. This is not a hotel it's a time-share-rent-a-condo complex. However, there was NO pressure from the staff to get you to buy a unit. In general, not a bad stay.

Floridays was a pleasure to stay at, Great location and very spacious rooms and very accomadating staff would recommend to anyone.
