Grande Villas Resort

Enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, the game room was being rentovated and my kids could not use it. The fitness center machines are worn out and could use upgrading. The staff was courteous. On site food mart was convenient.

Phase 2 Villas = Absolutely wonderful. We stayed there about 7 years ago and when I was booking this trip I remembered how nice it was. Tons of delicious restaurants around & located not even a mile away from a Disney World entrance. The bed was extremely comfortable & there was just enough room for the 2 of us. Pool view balcony that was screened in so we could leave the door open. Will definitely stay here again!!

My girlfriend and I are both in our mid-late twenties and recently stayed here to be close to the theme parks. Overall the experience was pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice large bathroom, and the pool areas were great! Basketball and tennis courts are available and well maintained. Very accessible to all of the major theme parks by car and if you like a lot of familiar franchise restaurants there are plenty close by. Factory outlet shopping is close by as well. In the future I would make sure to get a room facing poolside and above ground level. Our room was on the first floor and it faced the parking lot. This made our screened in porch uncomfortable to use as there was little to no privacy from guests and staff. Also there is quite a lot of maintenance staff always walking around the resort throughout the day. Maybe it was the off season but it seemed like there was more staff than guests. They were friendly, but having workers using leaf blowers or doing other odd jobs all around us throughout the day made it hard to relax. We also didn't appreciate the aggressiveness of their time-share presentation offer. They offer discounts to the major theme parks in exchange for you to hear a sales pitch which they told me would last approx. 90 min. They tried to sell us on this presentation before we could even get settled into our room and then called once every day to try to get us to attend. Some might find that exchanging their time for some discounts to be valuable but we found the whole idea uncomfortable. Internet was available in the room for 5 dollars/day and required a modem which they provided for us. Wifi was unavailable. So if you plan on using the internet in your room make sure you bring a laptop with an ethernet port. Bottom line, if your vacation is just based around going to all the major theme parks and shopping then this resort will do just fine. You won't find much else to do in the area but it was clean and comfortable. We didn't spend as much time at the theme parks as we originally planned so the location wasn't ideal for us. If we were to travel to Florida again I think we would try to book a hotel on the coast and then drive to the theme parks so we could spend more time by the ocean.

I attended a.convention. I missed an internet access in the room. Not enough modem available to the customer. I kept asking day after day for modem to be available. My vacation could be better.

Rooms were very small. pull out couchbed so uncomfortable. Pillows hard as a rock-I suggest you bring your own.

The hotel was lovely. I really wasn't sure what to expect for the sale price i recieved, and it was way more than i would've imagined. Service was excellent and the staff was such a pleasure. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

I was a great stay. The hotel is right in the middle of everything. A grocery store next door, every type of restarant within walking distance.

I felt that everything was wonderful; rooms clean, staff friendly, pool clean and security very visible. The only thing lacking was on the part of special attractions. The theme parks apparently had an express line that I wasn't informed about. I would have liked to known about it and given the option of upgrading or not. This was the only information I felt was lacking.
